Houblon Lodge

Come and stay on the banks of the River Lambourn in this beautifully renovated old pump house, set within the walled orchard of the historic Welford Park Estate in Berkshire.

This is a secluded double bedroom cottage featuring a comfortable sitting room, well equipped kitchen, roll top bath, private parking and garden. The fridge will be stocked with soft drinks and mixers, bread, milk, eggs and bacon for breakfast.

Houblon Lodge is ideal for guests going to Newbury Races, top class theatre at The Watermill, hiking The Ridgeway, visiting historic Hungerford for antiques and dining at the Michelin star “Woodspeen”.

Extra treats can be arranged: hampers from Cobbs Farm shop; a driver for racing or dinner in one of the local excellent restaurants and gastro pubs. Please tell us what you may require and we will try and help.
