Ty Gywn, Manorbier, Pembrokeshire, Wales – Coastal cottage with pool
This modern house is located on a farm, down a hill on a bumpy farm track within the Pembrokeshire National Park. It has a private gated driveway with room for approximately 3 cars. The garden is terraced into the side of The Ridgeway, and the property faces south. Ty Gwyn is 1 mile back from the coast as the crow flies and has magnificent views out to sea.
The house is perfect for two couples with four children or spacious for six adults.
Downstairs, the reception rooms have large windows facing the coast with views across a valley. There is a large sitting room with a TV and wifi, dining room with table seating for 10 and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a highchair and a travel cot.
Also downstairs, you will find the Master bedroom with king-size bed and a small dressing area. There is a small children’s twin room together with a separate bathroom. On the ground floor there is a good size utility room with large fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. Just outside the back door is the washing line.
Upstairs is a double bedroom with a king size bed, a large twin room, leading to another smaller twin room with one adult and one child size bed. This room also has a TV. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, free standing shower and the two main bedrooms both have wash basins.
All bed linen and bath towels etc are provided but please BRING YOUR OWN BEACH/SWIMMING towels and please dry beach towels outside to de-sand before coming into the house.
There is a large heated swimming pool with pool ladder access. The pool is well below the house, through a gate and down stone steps.
There are sun loungers and an outside table for alfresco dining on the terrace.
